Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted if any of the following conditions are met:

Service Not Rendered

  • The client paid for a service that has not yet commenced or been scheduled.

Service Defect or Misrepresentation

  • The service or product delivered significantly deviated from the advertised or agreed scope.

Duplicate Transaction

  • The client was charged more than once for the same service or product.

Client-Initiated Cancellations (Before Service Delivery)

  • A full or partial refund may apply if cancellation is made at least 3 working days before the service is due.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Services already rendered in part or full
  • Custom or personalized consultancy work.
  • Fees paid to third parties on your behalf (e.g., external certification body costs).
  • Late cancellations or no-shows (see Cancellation Policy).

Refund Decision & Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are reviewed within 5–10 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method
